Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all diagnostics, repairs and maintenance performed by Your Workshop Name (“we/us”). By booking or approving work, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Approvals

• Quotes are estimates based on visible faults; hidden damage may change the price.
• We will seek approval before extra work if costs exceed the estimate.
• Diagnostic fees are payable and may be credited toward approved repairs.

2. Parts & Quality

• We may use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts as available and agreed.
• Customer-supplied parts are accepted only by prior agreement and are not warrantied by us.

3. Warranties

• Labor warranty: 30–90 days depending on job type; engine/gear overhauls usually 90 days or 5,000 km (whichever first).
• Parts warranty is per manufacturer terms. Wear & tear, abuse or unrelated faults are excluded.
• Warranty work must be performed at our workshop; towing is not included unless agreed.

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion before vehicle release unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposits may be required for major work or special-order parts.
• Storage fees may apply after 3 days of completion notice.

5. Test Drives & Road Testing

You authorize reasonable road tests and operation for diagnostics and quality checks.

6. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or unrelated failures during/after service.
• No liability for loss of data/settings from ECUs or accessories during repairs.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the specific service.

7. Vehicle Data & Records

We may store diagnostic data and service history to support future repairs and warranties (see Privacy Policy).

8. Abandoned Vehicles

Vehicles left over 30 days after completion notice may incur storage charges and may be disposed of in accordance with local law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in our city of operation.
